Stitching: MYPZ stripey crochet cardigan

Here we are in France, the final day of 2023 watching it gently loosen its tethers and retreat, while 2024 shores up to tie on. Surrounded by olive trees and vineyards, rest, dormancy. Tranquility.

Talking time to rest and reflect out here feels like dropping an anchor.

2023 has been huge! A wild wave to ride, for both me and Mick – new French home and being on Sewing Bee the big headlines but so much more besides.

We did it. We both acted on dreams. We are here, and we did it!

The real magic now is to keep showing up for our dreams and work hard to see them manifest in their fullness.

Come on 2024, tie up now and let’s climb aboard. 2023 has been a fantastic voyage and I’m so happy and motivated for the next leg.

Maybe a little harbour time to sleep and gather strength first, and while here I’m going to enjoy gazing out over your glowing horizons. Daring to hope they could bring all the more love, warmth, adventure and joy we could hope for. Let’s keep keep dreaming, keep hoping.
